For over 50 years, the Biltmore has been a fixture in the community as both a public house for Vancouverites and a platform for ground-breaking musical performances.
With the revitalization of historic Mount Pleasant, the bar was reopened in 2007 as The Biltmore Cabaret, with a fresh focus to recapture its musical tradition. Drawing from the rich local scene in Vancouver as well as the best in Canadian and international touring acts, The Biltmore Cabaret showcases talent from across a wide spectrum of music and the arts.

Where is the Biltmore?
We are located in Mount Pleasant at 2755 Prince Edward Street. Our main entrance is located on Prince Edward Street with our exit on King Edwards.
Prohibited Items
We don’t allow illegal drugs, drug paraphernalia, spray paint, laser pointers, weapons of any kind (management reserves the right to define), vapor pens and smokeless cigarettes. Please use good judgment.
What do I do if I lost an item at the Biltmore?

What are the set times?
Set times are always at the discretion of the artists and are generally posted the day of or a few hours before the event in the event page and on our socials. Please note that set times are subject to change!
Where can I purchase tickets?
Tickets can be purchased through our website, Admit One, the box office at the Vogue Theatre and most shows are available to purchase at Red Cat Records two locations.

Where do I pick up my will call tickets?
Will Call tickets are available for pick-up on the night of the show after doors open. Please be prepared to provide government-issued photo identification and the credit card that was used to purchase the tickets.
Can I give my tickets to someone else?
If you have hard tickets, you can do what you want with your tickets. If you want to transfer ownerships of tickets purchased online, please contact Admit One.
Are shows at the Biltmore General Admission standing or seated?
Shows at the Biltmore Cabaret are currently admitted as GA. We do have booths that line the edges of the venue as well as tables and chairs. The seating is available on a first come, first-served basis. The floor area is standing only.
Is the Biltmore accessible?
Please note that the Biltmore Cabaret is not wheelchair accessible at this time due to the presence of stairs leading into the venue. We understand the importance of providing an inclusive environment and we deeply regret any limitations the building may pose. If you have any specific accessibility concerns or require assistance, please don’t hesitate to contact us at accessibility@themrggroup.com and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
Do you have parking?
We do not have a dedicated space for parking however there is street parking available close to the venue.
Once inside, can I leave the venue and come back?
Yes, we allow ins and outs – Please make sure to get the proper stamp from our Security Guards. No drinks are allowed to leave the building.
Can I bring in my own food and/or drinks?
No, we do not allow any outside food or drinks.
Do you sell food?
We sell popcorn and candy at the bar.
If the show is All Ages, do you serve alcohol?
On the rare occasion that we are hosting an All Ages show alcohol will not be served.
Am I allowed to film or photograph my favorite band?
Photo policy is determined by the artist and is usually not determined until day-of-show. Typically, non-professional cameras (point and shoot and cellphones) are permitted. Do not bring professional photo or video equipment to the venue unless you have been given permission by the artist to do so.
Will the band be selling merchandise?
99/100 times yes, but we don’t know until they load it off their bus. If available, it will be set up in our lobby.
Is there a coat check?
Yes, coats and bags can be checked at the entrance. Cost is $4 per item. Please expect a wait to retrieve your jacket when the show is over as it takes time to give out all the jackets and personal belongings.
Do you accept credit cards and debit cards?
Yes!
I forgot to bring cash! Does The Venue have an ATM?
Yes! We have an ATM machine at the entrance.
Do you accept US Cash?
Yes. We accept it at Par.
Can I smoke or vape in the venue?
No, it is illegal to smoke anything inside the venue. If you violate this, you will be immediately escorted out of the building and not allowed back in. You will not get a ticket refund either. Please DO NOT smoke inside the venue!
